  • In-Home Visit before Handover

    We will visit your potential families, to ensure they are ready before they bring your pup home. We will help them create a safe, stable environment where the pup will thrive! 

  • Handover Day

    Handovers can be stressful, we will support you on the day, making sure the transition is smooth, and your new families are well prepared.  

  • Puppy Care Package

    We will supplement your exisiting care package with our own comprehensive training manual, and our Doggy Diary - Puppy Edition to guide new families through the first 6 months.

  • Puppy Session

    We will have an in-home training session with your puppy and their new family in the first month in their new home.    

  • Ongoing Support

    This package is a mentorship, not a basic training session. We welcome questions anytime, and will follow up with new families at:

    • Week One

    • Week Four.

    • Week Twelve. 

    • Week Twenty Four.
